Check out NXTcomm08's Interactive Show Floor! DIVS, your Code

The Super Technologies team attended a Supercomm show in the 1990s when voice over Internet was just an interesting acronym that meant "can you hear me?" Supercomm was one of the largest trade shows in the global telephony industry. The week of June 16th, 2008, the world of service providers and equipment makers will meet with buyers, presenters, exhibitors, partners and more from Australia, the Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa at all new collaboration of TIA (earlier blogged on) and USTA for NXTcomm08!

Last year DIDXchange participated as a media sponsor, publicizing the event in advance, documenting some of the most interesting solutions, innovations around via video, blog, press release, electronic newsletter, and a picture gallery. This year 2008, DIDXchange will also exhibit at SU7202 on the upper hall among several of the finest in the industry. See the floor layout and exhibitors. NXTcomm08 has been one of the most organized shows we have experienced with exhibitor workshops every month, plenty of PR material, and more starting a week after last year's event.

Tracks at this conference include: convergence, IPTV, IP Multimedia Subsystem, Fierce Markets WiMax Strategies conference, the Stifel Nicolaus Investor Conference and the ATIS TechThink Technology Conference.

There are 5 new product zones:
- IPTV Studio
- Content Showcase
- Green Village
- Broadband Wireless World
- BSS/OSS Corridor

Click at http://www.nxtcommshow.com/interactive_show_floor_visual_with_audio.html and click any of the zones to find out more. (We remember the green craze that Rich Tehrani started with his talk about Green Technologies during NXTcomm07 in Chicago, interview by Suzanne Bowen.)

Would You Move in to my TIA Neighborhood?

DIDX.net is a service of Super Technologies, Inc. It serves the wholesale phone numbering needs for 9000+ global telco/carrier/wireless/wired/voip companies. We search carefully for the best conferences for networking and participation for our members and keep you informed via blog, e-newsletter, portal announcements and social/business networking sites such as Facebook.com as a media entity. We noticed recently that many may have missed a special opportunity to be a part of a great organization. More information below...

The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) represents the global information communications and technology (ICT) industries through standards development, advocacy, business opportunities, market intelligence and world-wide environmental regulatory compliance. With support from its 600 members, TIA enhances the business environment for companies whose focus is broadband development and deployment (including wireless and landline infrastructure and services), information technology (IT) for commercial or residential application, Internet Protocol (IP) hardware, software and content solutions, and the convergence of voice, video and data applications and evolution.

TIA co-owns NXTcomm, the tradeshow serving the ICT industry; is ANSI-accredited; serves as the secretariat for 3GPP2; holds a Board position on the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) TELECOM Board; and hosts the USA pavilions in ITU trade fairs worldwide. More than 1,000 engineers, lawyers and other industry leaders participate in TIA's 70+ standards committees and TIA has produced more than 1,150 standards documents.

Hundreds of experts participate in TIA's government affairs initiatives, which include advancing global broadband deployment across wireline, wireless and cable platforms; advocating advanced spectrum management; encouraging policies to enable information access for persons with disabilities; seeking allocation of additional spectrum to advance wireless services and public safety; facilitating market opportunities by promoting full, fair and open trade and competition in international markets; and ensuring that the U.S. communications sector continues to be a leader in advanced research. TIA's EIATRACK subscription-based web service, on the Web at www.eiatrack.com, enables companies to determine up-to-date information on environmental compliance of their products in various regions around the world.

TIA's Board of Directors includes senior-level executives from ACS, ADC, ADTRAN, Alcatel-Lucent, Anda Networks, Arraycomm, AttivaCorp, Avaya, Bechtel Communications, Inc., Cam Communications, Cisco Systems, Corning Incorporated, Ericsson, Inc., Graybar, Henkels & McCoy, Intel Corporation, LGE, Microsoft, Motorola, Nokia Siemens Networks, Nortel, OneChip Photonics Inc., OnSite Systems, Panasonic Computer Solutions Co., Research In Motion, Sumitomo Electric Lightwave Corporation, Telcordia Technologies, Tellabs, Tyco Electronics, Ulticom, Inc., Westell Technologies, Inc. and Zebra Technologies Corporation.
