Not in the hospitality industry myself, but we have worked with a few who are.

Check out the 3cxphone Hotel PBX system for windows. It is a fantastic package and reflects the excellent quality associated with 3cx VoIP software.

Here is an out-of-the-box method to install and manage a complete Hotel PBX system. Can be combined with incoming DID to give the hotel front desk local access numbers from almost anywhere in the world (ok, 65 countries...)

The hotel module for 3CX Phone System adds additional functions to 3CX Phone System to allow it to be used in hotels or other hospitality environments. The hotel module performs the following functions:

Allows for Check in and Check out of guests
Allows setting of guest extensions to Do not Disturb
Allows blocking of external calls
Allows wake up calls to be scheduled.
Allows housekeeping to set room status
Tracks calls a guest makes and lists them upon check out for easy billing
The hotel module can integrate with many Hotel software systems / Property management systems (PMS) such as Micros Fidelio, Roommaster, Hilton and more. Alternatively the receptionist can use the system directly through the provided web interface.

PortaOne not compatible with Nimbuzz.

Portaone is an excellent switch. It is painful many our my users are unable to register a sip account using Nimbuzz..
Please somebody tell portaone to check this issue or Nimbuzz please check this issue..

We would want a situation whereby this is checked...Am able to use nimbuzz on all other switches except that of portaone..I have come to know it numerous customers complained about it
