Q and A about Uploading Bulk DID for Sale on Wholesale DIDX

Question: Why is it when I did a bulk upload via spreadsheet of the DIDs our company is selling, that it was rejected. Here is an example of a row that was on the spreadsheet.

First DID Number in the series, Quantity of DIDs, Setup Charges, Monthly Charges, Free and included Minutes, Per Minute Charges After Free Minutes, No. of Channel, Is Using g711, Can be used for CallCard, Is Reselling, AreaCode, is using T38, Is using G729, is using G723, CallerID, CallerIDName

15678764500, 100, 1, 2, 3000, 0.01, 2, yes, yes, no, 567, yes, yes, no, yes, yes

Answer: When you tried to upload the file it was giving an error message because you wrote "yes" and "no" in lower case letters. It should be in CAPS like "YES" or "NO".
