Recently, a potential vendor for selling DID phone numbers to those on DIDXchange who want to buy and resell, asked this question:
Do you require any LEC services from your vendors when employing them for DIDs (i.e. CNAM/LIDB, etc…)? We do not by standard offer these services.
Our answer: It will be great if these are supported by the carrier. In the event, they are not, please understand that there are fields that describe each DID related to CNAM and Caller ID. Some DIDX buyers choose only DID with certain features.
It would be great if ... at least your CNAM Outbound gives city and state.
