Conference Lesson for DIDX VP Suzanne Bowen about Buyer-Seller Relationships

Conference Lesson:

A potential VENDOR had appointment our VP Suzanne Bowen at ITW in DC, 10:30 AM per email. She was punctual. The company said the rep could not meet with her and acted well... a bit irritated with the opportunity to make money form us.

Suzanne visited their booth again the last day to try again to talk about more lucratively beneficial business development and purchases. She gave them a gift from DIDX, an expensive and beautiful wine cork stopper of the vendor's company mascot. The rep would not talk to to her and instead, grabbed the gift and walked away. That is 10s of 1000s of USD they won't get.

We hope that we at DIDX never do that to our potential buyers.
