Please note that when USA-based telecommunications' companies complete their http://www.usac.org 499A annual tax form, it says on page three, "Indicate jurisdictions in which the filing entity provides service. Include jurisdictions in which service was provided in the past 15 months and jurisdictions in which service is likely to be provided in the next 12 months."
The last part appears to clearly mean that these "telecom companies" who file are checking areas not only that they HAVE served, but that they PREDICT they will serve. This does not mean that they HAVE or WILL provide service in each of the areas they have clicked. Just a message to tax collectors ...
Also this is a cool reminder to all DIDX members who use DIDX to buy DID phone numbers. If you are a USA-based service provider and have not already done so, please login to your DIDX account, click INBOX which is at the top of your portal and enter a ticket with your filer 499 ID and your 10 digit FCC registration number.
