Questions and Answers about Channels and Minutes on DIDX

Most recent question from a new http://www.didx.net buyer member: On the providers that charge per minute, is there a LIMIT on how many channels are capable of calling at a time, or is it up to me and my equipment to busy out a maximum number of callers?

Answer: DIDs that are available on per minute basis usually come with two channels by default.

Second question: How can I tell if the per minute folks can do more than two channels. These numbers will be used for conference calling and I need to max out on my side (number of conference ports) and not at 2.

I was looking at the providers and I can’t seem to find the link that shows that (using the video that you guys show) unless I’ve already purchased the number and I am not interested in a number that can not support more channels.

Answer: We do need to redo some of the demonstration videos. Working on it! Some carriers support where you can buy and add as many channels as you want. For example, 704574 has international DID phone numbers where you can buy as many channels as you want. The same for domestic with 701534.
