IPSMARX VoIP Solutions and Radius Authentication with DIDX IP Addresses

Question: I am using IPSMARX solution, and I want to use DIDX for DID purchasing. But, when I tried to complete the http://www.didx.net/interop, my testing DID are fast busy when I call them.


Answer: IPmarx solution does not have a firewall on the system; however their radius needs to authenticate the DIDX IP addresses listed at http://kb.didx.net/tiki-index.php?page=IP+Addresses&highlight=ip addresses. In order to do this, IPSMarx customers can add in the IP addresses themselves through their IPSMarx solution interface.
