In /etc/asterisk/sip_nat.conf:
;externip=w.x.y.z ;use eithr IP or hostname.
localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
externhost=yourhost.dyndns.org ; refreshed periodically. alternative for dynamic hostnames
externrefresh=180 ; change the refresh interval
nat = yes
canreinvite=no
