Manually order? Sign up for a DIDX member area ID. Complete the interop. Log into DIDX account and click BUY DID. Search for DID, compare vendors' offerings, and get all the details including NR setup, MR monthly rate, how many minutes included, price per minute after that, number of channels, caller ID support, calling card use allowed or not, and more.

Ordering via API demonstration video is available at on Youtube for making all DID or just the DID set by rules to be accepted for view by and purchase by the end-users.

Features to assure quality of service:
- DIDX Tester software: Tests DIDs twice per week. When a DID fails, an email is sent to the buyer and the seller of the status.
- DID not working 3 days in a row: Delete and DID seller is not paid. DID buyer is not charged.
- Not happy with a particular DID purchase: Delete it before 36 hours have expired past the purchase time.
- Vendor Rating: All wholesale IP communications companies are welcome to sell DID after completing the DIDX.net/interop and providing verification of the company. Vendors are rated 0-8 where 3 is acceptable by most. Ratings are composed from the objective criteria of length of DIDX membership, number of DID available for sale, percentage of time DID are tested successful, verification of business status, and more.
